Fees:

15-minute initial phone consultation available at no charge.   Please contact me to schedule.

$125 for a 60-minute session.  Payment is expected at time of service.  I accept debit, credit, HSA or FSA cards.

I do have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available.

Insurance and reimbursement:

I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, Aetna, and Cigna insurance plans. 

For all other insurance plans, I am considered out-of-network; you may choose to consult with your provider to determine if partial reimbursement is available for out of network mental health services.  Full payment is expected at the time of your session, however I am happy to provide the paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
